Tree Toss 2017

Want a wild start to your new year?

The holidays arrive in January at the Conservators Center!

When you’re facing the after-holiday blues after packing up the decorations and taking down the tree, never fear. The holidays come in January at the Conservators Center! Come celebrate the new year in a thrilling, unique way at our annual Tree Toss event.

Tree Toss is a much-anticipated event that has become a tradition for our wild family. Each year, the friendly folks at Cranberry Tree Farm donate their unsold trees to the Center, and we give them to our animals as a special form of holiday enrichment. They love the strong scent of the pine and scratchy textures! If you’ve never seen wild animals receiving holiday trees, presents, and toys, don’t miss this chance.

Because Tree Toss is a self-guided walkabout event, you can spend as much time as you want admiring the residents you find the most fascinating. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff and volunteers will be stationed throughout the grounds to tell you about our critters and answer your questions.

Make A Toy For A Critter!

We offer our residents more than just trees at this event—and you can help create these special gifts! Come early and join us for the crafty fun. No special skills are required, and we provide all the materials. All ages are welcome to participate!

We want to share this tradition with you. Come join the fun!

Arthur, our white tiger, will also receive treats.

We are happy to welcome our vendors to the party!
