Become a Lifetime Adopter
As a Lifetime Adopter, you can form a special relationship with the animal you choose to support. Adoptions are renewable every year, and are intended to last for the lifetime of your animal.
After you adopt, you can schedule times to visit your chosen animal. Lifetime Adopters aren't literally adopting an animal to take home, but you will feel as if you've gained a family member.
If you have any questions about adoption, please call (336) 421-0883, or email adoption@conservatorscenter.org .
Please note: Because we have a very small staff, the most efficient way to
reach us is via email. If you cannot find an answer to your question on our
website, you are welcome to call. Just be aware that it may take us up to 72
hours to respond. We appreciate your understanding.
In the words of one adopter:
We marvel at Maggie Lion's power and beauty, and are humbled that such a magnificent creature chooses to spend time with us. We tell people that we adopted Maggie because she needed us. But sometimes we think we adopted Maggie because WE needed HER.

Aside from the relationship you will gain with your animal, there are many
benefits to lifetime adoption.
